Teaching Sexual Health 101 Workshop (TSH101)
For Alberta Teachers in the Public
School System (12 hours credit)
For Alberta Teachers: Designed to increase their comfort, knowledge and skills in teaching the human sexuality education. Each workshop consists of three modules conducted over a three week period.
Workshops are conducted online, and teachers can access the workshop from school or at home during the three week period. Teachers are expected to complete all workshop activities and participate in order to successfully complete this workshop. Workshops provided by Alberta Health Services.
Workshop Outline
The following are some of the topics covered in the TSH 101 workshop. Teacher's are required to participate in forum discussions, and complete all exercises. A one hour Elluminate Live session is also included in this workshop.
